BIG IKE

Has been doing stand up since New Years of 2008 when he decided it was now or never. He performed in several artist showcases around town usually being the only comic there. Later that year IKE was invited to perform at an event as an opening act for DS Sanders and Dave Martin. Encouraged by the experience BIG IKE continued to write and dreamed of doing more. At the beginning of 2009 a regular open mic venue at Upper Deck Tavern opened up where BIG IKE began to flourish honing his skill on stage. IKE also was introduced to booker Tony Kemp who is a legend in Charleston comedy. After
a performance for Tony at one of the regular venues, Tony began using IKE as an opening act for many nationally known headliners such as Just June, Pat Dixon and Julie Scoggins just to name a few. A comedy troupe with the moniker Palmetto Comics Unlimited was formed by IKE and a host of other local comics. This allowed the comics to reach out to others that have the desire to try stand up. Another regular venue for open mic was secured by the group at The Oasis in James Island. PCU as the troupe is also known has also been booking their own shows the first ever in January 2010 featuring headliner Shawn C. BIG IKE commands attention from crowds just
by walking on stage and pointing out his large stature and his voice that reminiscent of a news anchor.

Don't be afraid to go out on a limb because that's where the food is.

GLENN SNYDER

Glenn’s fast paced delivery with a focus on original writing and cleverity combine for an entertaining blend of quirky observations and an overall high energy show.  Although his material lends something for everyone across all demographics he’s not afraid to mix it up and skewer the deserving Darwinian idiot…especially celebrities.

His life is an open book.  He loves to share personal experiences of heartbreak and embarrassing moments that allow audiences to open up and laugh at themselves as well as him.  Sometimes his take on relationships, growing up, and pop culture in general leave you wondering if he was birthed from the back of a t.v. set.

Evan's energy and passion for making people laugh is contagious, and you'll be sure to hop on the bandwagon after your first show. While posting videos regularly on YouTube, this 19 year old shows absolutely no signs of slowing down.

He is currently attending the University of South Carolina and is majoring in marketing and acting, he is from a family of doctors, stockbrokers, accountants etc. (which are good professional paying jobs!) so imagine his mothers shock, not to mention his families disbelief. When he informed them of his decision to put off going to law school to pursue a career in comedy and acting. Moreover, he brings his Brooklyn streetwise experiences and his middle class catholic upbringing to the stage while pointing out the irony between the two. Consequently, Rondu Jackson believes that if comedy and acting doesn't work out he can always go back to pursue a lucrative and honorable career in law as a respectable practicing attorney (the words honorable and respectable are highly questionable depending upon your opinion of lawyers!) Rondu Jackson is currently a real estate agent and sells used cars which pays the bills. Rondu Jackson has the liberty to choose his flexible work hours so this gives him ample time to travel and show case his talent locally and nationally.
